Cilantro is my absolute favorite herb. I love it on anything and everything. I have never used cream cheese in mine so I’m definitely looking forward to trying this one out. I make a mean mahi mahi and I bet this would be dream on that.

Would you believe that the first time I tasted cilantro I thought, “What is all this fuss about? It tastes terrible!” A few years later I love the stuff. It is an acquired taste but once you get used to it you can’t get enough of it. Your topper sounds delicious — one that would be welcome at our house.
