WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN GREEK AND NON GREEK YOGURT?
Greek yogurt is strained multiple times so most of the liquid is removed and because it is more concentrated, it also has more protein. The multiple straining of the yogurt is what gives Greek yogurt its thicker consistency and stronger flavors compared to non Greek type yogurts.
