Strawberry Cake Mix Cookies

  • 1 box Strawberry cake mix
  • 8 tablespoons butter melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch


  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
  • In a small bowl combine the powdered sugar and cornstarch and in a separate bowl add in regular sugar and set aside ... these are both for rolling your cookies
  • Melt the butter and in a large bowl, combine with the cake mix and eggs.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the dough into the regular sugar and roll dough around until coated and lightly roll with your hands into a ball shape
  • Transfer dough blob to the powdered sugar and roll around until covered in powdered sugar and set on your cookie sheet.
  • Cook cookies for 9 minutes.
  • Remove them from the oven, let them cool for one minute and then move them to a cooling rack.
