Ingredients
- 1 box Strawberry cake mix
- 8 tablespoons butter melted
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees and spray a cookie sheet with non-stick spray.
- In a small bowl combine the powdered sugar and cornstarch and in a separate bowl add in regular sugar and set aside ... these are both for rolling your cookies
- Melt the butter and in a large bowl, combine with the cake mix and eggs.
- Drop spoonfuls of the dough into the regular sugar and roll dough around until coated and lightly roll with your hands into a ball shape
- Transfer dough blob to the powdered sugar and roll around until covered in powdered sugar and set on your cookie sheet.
- Cook cookies for 9 minutes.
- Remove them from the oven, let them cool for one minute and then move them to a cooling rack.
