  • 1 8 oz can refrigerated croissant dough
  • 12 oz package mini wieners
  • 4 oz sliced cheese , your flavor choice
  • (salt for garnish optional.. pretty in pics but maybe a bit too salty)


  • Open and unroll croissant dough and pour wieners into a bowl
  • Pinch together the croissant triangles side by side to create a square out of two pieces
  • With a sharp knife, cut down the middle of the square lengthwise and then across the pieces four times to create five little squares of dough
  • Pick one piece of dough up and place a small piece of cheese on it (close to the size of the dough, doesn't need to be exact) followed by a mini wiener
  • Carefully pull and roll the dough around the cheese / wiener until they are completely encased in dough. Be sure to pinch the dough together leaving no open gaps
  • Follow these instructions until you run out of wieners. Lay them out on a large sheet tray and then cook following the croissant can instructions.
  • You may end up with extra dough.. roll them into a proper croissant and cook them too :)
  • When they are done, remove from the oven and serve immediately
