Start by preheating oven to 450 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper
Prepare brussel sprouts by cutting off hard ends and rinsing in water. Cut brussel sprouts in half and add to a large mixing bowl
Drizzle olive oil over brussel sprouts and lightly salt and pepper them. Pour them out onto prepared baking sheet and spread out into a single layer.
