Ingredients

  • 24 to 48 ounces Lil Smokies
  • 1 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 cup honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha hot sauce

Instructions

  • To make your Spicy BBQ Little Smokies, add your little smokies to your slow cooker.  In a medium sized bowl, combine together the ketchup, honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, brown sugar and sriracha. Pour your spicy BBQ sauce over the little smokies and stir to coat. Set crockpot to Low and simmer for 3 – 4 hours or 2 hours on High.

Notes

I have made this recipe using two packages of Hillshire Farms Lit'l Smokies which is 24 ounces of smokies.  There is enough sauce made with this recipe that you could easily add another package or two of little smokies and still have enough sauce for them all if you wanted to make a big batch of the recipe for a party or a get together.
