Ingredients

  • 2 packages phyllo cups (15 cups each)
  • 2 cups mixed nuts , chopped (I used pistachios, walnuts and almonds)
  • 2 tbl butter , melted
  • 1/3 cup honey .. plus a little more for drizzling
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbl sugar

Instructions

  • Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees
  • Mix all ingredients (except the phyllo cups) together in a large mixing bowl
  • Lay out phyllo cups on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • Spoon mixture into phyllo cups until full
  • Bake for 10-12 minutes
  • Remove from oven and drizzle with a bit more honey
  • Serve immediately
