  • 1 bag frozen pork potstickers 2.9 pounds
  • 2 Tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 Tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1-2 Tablespoons chili crisp
  • 1 Teaspoon sesame oil
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 Teaspoon grated ginger
  • Garnishes: sesame seeds, sliced scallions, red pepper flakes

Instructions

  • Heat skillet: Add 2 Tablespoon vegetable oil to a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  • Arrange potstickers: Place frozen pork potstickers flat-side down in a single layer. Avoid crowding.
  • Pan-fry: Cook 2–3 minutes without touching until bottoms are golden brown.
  • Steam: Carefully add 3/4 cup water and cover with a lid. Steam 6–8 minutes until dumplings are fully cooked.
  • Make glaze: While steaming, whisk together 1/4 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup honey, 2 Tablespoon rice wine vinegar, 1 Tablespoon hoisin sauce, 1–2 Tablespoon chili crisp, 1 Teaspoon sesame oil, minced 4 garlic cloves, and 2 Teaspoon grated ginger.
  • Glaze potstickers: Remove lid and let water evaporate. Pour glaze over cooked potstickers and gently toss to coat. Fry 1 more minute for slight caramelization.
  • Garnish & serve: Sprinkle with sesame seeds, scallions, and red pepper flakes.
