Instructions

  • Line a 9 x 13 pan with parchment paper and set aside

Notes

Tips No One Tells You

• Don’t walk away while melting marshmallows .. sugar burns fast.
• Spray hands with non-stick spray before pressing cereal into pan.
• Use plastic wrap over cereal when pressing down for a smooth top.
• Let treats come to room temperature before serving - cold bars right from the fridge lose the ooey-gooey magic.
• Add extra marshmallows for fluffier, sweeter St. Patrick’s Day dessert bars.
• Swap in other cereals for a fun twist .. Fruity Pebbles or Cocoa Pebbles work well.
• Drizzle melted chocolate on top for a decadent finish.
• Store in an airtight container to keep holiday marshmallow cereal bars soft and chewy.
