PRO TIPS FOR MOIST BANANA BREAD

  • Don’t overmix the batter.  When you add in your dry ingredients, mix your batter just enough to bring it all together and then using a large spoon or spatula, hand stir in your mashed bananas and walnuts.  Over-mixed banana bread batter will result in a tough banana bread.
  • Use room temperature eggs. The emolsify better at room temperature.
  • If you don’t want to add in the walnuts, feel free to leave them out. This recipe comes out perfect without the nuts too.

Enjoy!
