WHAT IS PARMESAN GARLIC SPAGHETTI?

Parmesan Garlic Spaghetti is really just as it says, it’s spaghetti pasta in a buttery garlic Parmesan sauce. I don’t even think I would call it a sauce, it’s basically parmesan cheese, butter, olive oil and tons of garlic. Talk about the ultimate comfort food! Now you will probably want to serve up some breath mints for dessert but honestly, if the entire family’s eating the same dish, doesn’t that cancel each other out? That’s my story, we’re going to go with that.

Easy! Start by making the chicken meatballs first. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and spray a baking pan with non-stick spray or cover in tin foil. Once done, add all of the meatball ingredients to a large mixing bowl. Using your hands, combine well. Using a scooper, spoon or just eyeballing it, roll 25 – 30 small meatballs about the size of a quarter and place on your prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25 – 30 minutes.

PRO TIPS FOR MAKING GARLIC PARMESAN SPAGHETTI WITH CHICKEN MEATBALLS

  • Use a scooper to measure out identical sized chicken meatballs, no guess work needed!
  • Ingredients are the key to awesome baked chicken meatballs.  I prefer panko over regular breadcrumbs and I use a mixture of dried and fresh ingredients. These chicken meatballs come out perfectly browned on the outside and tender on the inside and using quality ingredients ensures you have perfect meatballs every time.
  • Garlic Spaghetti can be made using just butter, just oil or a combination of both like I have done on this recipe.
