A regular bagel from you favorite bakery is approximately 10 WW point.  TEN!!!! .. and friends, that is BEFORE the schmear of cream cheese.

This easy WW bagel recipe delivers to you delicious, chewy homemade bagel that only calculates out at 3 points.. yup.. 3 Weight Watcher points on the Freestyle program.

Run the math on that!! That’s seven more points of food you get to spread throughout your day

More importantly, you also don’t have any of that ‘Oh no, I just shoved an entire bagel in my face!!!’ guilt. THAT is worth it!!
