Garlic Sauce vs Garlic Aioli

Close but not quite.  An aioli is made using mayonnaise and seasonings and while it is super close, this cilantro garlic dipping sauce is not exactly a garlic aioli.  My jalapeno sauce is made using sour cream and mayo instead of using just mayonnaise as it’s base.

Cilantro is my absolute favorite herb. I love it on anything and everything. I have never used cream cheese in mine so I’m definitely looking forward to trying this one out. I make a mean mahi mahi and I bet this would be dream on that.

Would you believe that the first time I tasted cilantro I thought, “What is all this fuss about? It tastes terrible!” A few years later I love the stuff. It is an acquired taste but once you get used to it you can’t get enough of it. Your topper sounds delicious — one that would be welcome at our house.
